all scholarships are a one year promise; renewable at the discretion of the staff.  whether they make promises, well...

good newsday coverage.  we've found fertile transfers in the CT market, let's do it again.

personal story- because CBS kept showing TSM's dad.  i realized i know him, i used to work with him, we sat very close to each other.  great guy.  didnt put it together until a few hours ago.

in fact, one holiday he brought his two little kids up, must have been 2010, and i met them.  i realized around 8:40pm tonight that one of them was our star, TSM.

five years of bball and didnt even know. GO SB

Ideally, TSM has it at the end of regulation, but I'm also good with Clarke creating for himself or a teammate. He had gone on a little run late. Smith just made a nice play. Sure would have been nice to see what would have happened if a shot went up.

I hate to be negative. It was an incredible run and everybody should be applauded. One time, though, I would have liked to see an actual play run for somebody. Tonight there was no inside out, no cutting, nothing, for most of the game. There's a guy in a sweater who I'd pin that on. It just wasn't good. I have to think the guys were out on their feet at the end, but also, we have seen our offense completely stagnant before, a lot. We had nine assists on 29 makes, and I'm guessing most of those were in transition. We made some TOUGH SHOTS to keep us in it; otherwise, ouch, it could've gotten ugly. Everything just felt really really difficult. A lot of one on one, a lot of standing around, a lot of contested looks. I thought Charleston did a good job freeing up Smith and others, and he was able to set his feet and shoot.

i think youre right.

our shooting, which wasnt great, bailed us out.

we lost boards by a lot.  and when you lose that- you cant afford to miss 20 low % shots.  not in an OT game.

hoping for an NIT/CBI/CIT or whatever it is these days.  Vermont plays UML for your information...

want to wish the seniors and GRs well- a great effort, a great run, really inspired bball.

happy for f. pollicelli.

good job this year Geno & staff. GO SB

that call with 12 seconds left- coulda gone either way.  we got it, but really couldve gone to CoC.

OT, as if we needed any more minutes this week!

23
well clarkie showed up at the right time!

this is one of those nights where a different player takes over every few minutes.  the true mark of a great team.

24
plenty of time left and we've been close all game if not up.  only downside right now is sabry with 3 PFs.  manageable.

doubling fitz now, they got the message.

25
now fitz is in beast mode.  two baby hooks, followed by a baseline drive and contested dunk.  all consecutive.  followed by a block.  and another.  and then another hook.

26
our 5 point lead is quickly a 7 point deficit.  guess how.

our shooting has been cold for the entire second now.  let's work the ball into fitz/maidoh for some twos.

update- the color guy just agreed.

27
monster game for snowman right now.  he's big enough to cover forwards and provide muscle in the paint.

we gotta move the ball a bit better, and boards are starting to get away from us.

28
GREAT close out to the first half.  SB up 40-35

the fans are out too, nice support.

we look prepared.

29
gotta make sure we rotate guys in.  we are running on fumes and have another half.

tyler keeps doing it.  CMON SB

that technical on pollicelli- probably not a foul, let alone a tech.  there were two other fouls on the shot though.

TSM beast mode!
