anyone notice the significant improvement this year in the quality of writing on the site?  they really stepped it up.  instead of just the everyday post-game reporting, now the run original stories and have increased the depth of coverage.  good job SB.  they had done some of this in the past, but not this often.  wonder if this had something to do with the new admin.

Oh wow. Might take a minute to get used to.

I wanted to say I love the athlete profiles they've been doing. Gives us fans more insight into the teams and players, and I hope it's exciting for the players themselves.

Adam Rubin has been GREAT with that. An amazing high-profile hire for the athletic department, he's done nothing but great things for Stony Brook on the job.

Now, if only he could exterminate the school's commuter population and force students to put their asses in bleachers...
