Well deserved for Pickel Jr. He has been clutch for this team all year. I would have like to see the Rookie of the Week to go to Stony Brook as well. They gave it to an UMBC player who had 3 goals. No love for our freshmen yet.

McCannel had 3 goals for the 2nd time and Walsh went 1 and 3 for his 5th game with 3 assists. I woud have went with McCannel over the UMBC kid because the UML win was against a team with a winning record.

The more we win the individual accolades will come with Bollinger getting recognized last week. As unimportant as these awards are in the big scheme, these awards help with national recognition and possible recruiting.

By the way, we win Friday and we are 7 - 7 after an 0-4 start. That's pretty impressive. The last 3 losses coming from two ranked teams and a quality Princeton team.

Good luck at Binghamton!!

100% agreed.  if not more.

anyone notice- in each game, we NEVER have anyone out in front scoring.  because we have a lot of threats and share the ball.  this will be good for us down the stretch.  we just have too many scorers for scouts to keep track of!

we still however have a faceoff problem, and also we tend to either go down early or surrender goals quickly (both related to the first problem).  if we button this up, we can beat another top 20 team.  can we beat UA?  not sure but BC did and so did Yale.

on to bingo.  this is the usual bingo squad, despite new coaching.  always stingy, never moves the ball well.  they won last year here 6-5.  go get em boys
