We lost and I believe the 4 qtr score was 10-5. Could have been 11 not sure. We were down 6-2 at the end of 1. Pretty much played them even the rest of the way.
Tyler Anderson and mark Ellis did not play. With Anderson out we were out of sync on D and it showed in the 1st qtr. We had good offensive sets but could not finish.
Nagel played everyone. Bitzer,Grippe and Vanginhoven at attack.   Reh,Corp and Lloyd 1st Middie. Rees,Pugal,Abdellatif down low. Mac in goal and Lindsay as fogo.
As I have said we are young. White, Vanginhoven and Pickel were the freshman that scored. We played a 5th qtr and I believe we lost that qtr 3-0.Lots of playing time for
the young freshman and sophomores. Yale up next.

thanks!  some surprises, but not completely out of left field.

I note the defense is all converted middies (asterisk, of course), which was similar to the years past.

who ran pole if Anderson and rees didn't?

not surprised, based on films alone, that CVG got some run, he looks like a nice get for SB.

I wonder if sheets and daly and haun will be in the mix on offense...

also I note oszvath is not on the roster.  any other changes?

Rees played wing then moved down low. He had a real nice transition goal off of a turnover. Gerstner was there and cole Anderson.
Lots off moving parts, Nagle played everyone. We need Ellis and Tyler Anderson healthy. Lineup is more solid with them in there.
Roster the same minus Ozvath. I think they are just taking it slow with Sheets coming back after a serious injury. Same with Ellis.

Yes, it is just scrimmage's but I am more optimistic after the Yale showing. Very impressed with our young talent.
Corp,Reh and Bitzer add just enough experience and leadership to guide this very young team. Anderson and Rees are
beasts on the wings. Looks like Nagle is going with two long poles on the wings.Nagle started doing heavy subs about
4 minutes into the 3rd qtr. With Villanova we had a hard time finishing good offensive possessions. That was not a problem against Yale.
Very impressed with how are attackmen ride the clearing attempts. Caused numerous turnovers that led to scores. Ellis still not dressed but
should be ready for the opener. Up next Sacred Heart!!!

thanks.  according to the stats, haun and CVG are on attack; abdellatif and gerstner at defense with anderson/rees on the wing.

video not working for first 7min.  corpo scores unassisted.  sounds like decent SB crowd showed up. 1-0 SB

corpo drives right pipe, lefty pass cross crease to haun, behind the back. 2-0

garritano drives pipe and down goaline, inside bouncer. 2-1

garritano cuts down to the pipe, saggese feeds, insider shot. 2-2

garritano up top, spins, low to high picks corner, unassisted. 3-2 SHU

end of Q1.  saw some matsuoka, white, and daly.
