It's amazing how horrible Stony Brook has played without Rees!
UMBC was supposed to fall in the W column for Stony Brook.
. Agreed about Rees but the polls that are playing need to learn to dump the ball off to the O in transisition instead of trying to score themselves.   At least 4 times yesterday there were turnovers because of selfish polls.  Thats and easy coaching adjustment but one that was never made yesterday.

i saw that too- ill advised shots, poles staying on too long after its clear no break (then stifling the slow break), not dishing to a shorty, etc.  at fairfield the problem was trail checks.  last week it was not getting off the bus.

BC i think only dodged against shorts.  this made a busy day for matsuoka.  its a tried and true strategy and not sure why we dont do it more.

they'll rebound and be ok.

by the way i thought talay did a fantastic job filling in.  plays good position, slides/recovers, clears, uses both hands, etc.  depth comes in handy.

12-3 Danes at the Half and when SB has the ball they play with zero sense of urgency.  It's mind boggling.
