whats this all about???  http://network.laxpower.com/laxforum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=52292&p=1328339#p1328339

That's crazy if true. No idea how Albany lets that happen once, yet alone twice.

Hopefully, the team defense improves next season and we will  win the America East Championship.

As a side note, I want to congratulate my niece for being elected as the only captain next season for Yale lax and my nephew will be playing lax next season at UNC.

aggregated poll: http://www.collegecrosse.com/2015/5/4/8542953/ncaa-colege-lacrosse-rankings-polls-media-coaches-inside-lacrosse-usila-syracuse-notre-dame

TEAM LAXPOWER MASSEY RPI AVG. COACHES MEDIA AVG. AVG.
Stony Brook 21 20 25 22.00 18 17 17.50 20.20

this could have a bearing on next year's polls, so I've posted it...

Quote
Mike Rooney, Stony Brook, Sr. M

While Lyle Thompson and Albany may have dominated the headlines out of the America East this spring, Rooney capped a tremendous career for the Seawolves with a huge nine point game against Vermont in the league semifinals and a goal and three assists against the Great danes in the final. With the loss to Albany and Stony Brook not receiving an at-large bid to the NCAAs, he finishes his career with 253 points (132 goals, 121 assists).

By any standard, his season was one for the ages, totalling 48 goals and 63 assists for 111 points, believed to be the first time in NCAA DI history that a midfielder has broken the 100 point mark.

of course, he's not a midfielder.

Coach did have him running mid the first 2-3 games.   Remember the Rogers at attack experiment?

rooney should land on the AA list... hoping easty does too.

for what its worth... at the D2 level, the AAs include miller, duddy, scalera, berardis. http://www.laxpower.com/all-amer/aa-list-college.php?year=2015&division=MD2

I'll guess Rooney 3rd team AA and Eastwood HM.

AA list is out... http://www.laxmagazine.com/college_men/DI/2014-15/news/052115_uslia_di_all_america_selections

Rooney 3rd team
Rogers HM

I hate that Bitter and he 27% shooting % and his 33 less points get's 2nd team to Rooney's 3rd team.   Great to see Rogers get the HM nod.
