Time for a new thread.  Read here that theyve dropped UVa, Siena, Yale, and picked up Duke, Manhattan, and Quinnipiac, though no source yet: http://network.laxpower.com/laxforum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=50108&p=1125245#p1125245

Losing Virginia sucks since I enjoyed those games. But I guess pinking up Duke (the National Champions) ain't a bad deal. I would love to see them come up to LaValle one of these years

Don't be surprised  if they do. Their coach has LI roots and it is good for their  recruiting to come to LI.  That's  one of the reasons  Virginia came up here several times.  Football and  basketball is a different situation.

Big downgrade imo...Duke for UVA is a bit of a wash but losing Yale and replacing it with bottom-feeders is pretty bad.  We never really had a good SOS and this makes it worse.

Some pic's of our boys going to SB from Long Island school. I counted 9 local kids who committed to SB and 1 from NYC to play Football.  I think thats great. I would like to know if we can get a stat of how many local kids committed to play at SB the past 5 years or so

Lets hope Otranto has a superb game today.. Give us something to look forward to in our QB department ......

Right now they have 3 goalies listed on the roster with 2x Freshman coming in...would think something has to give.  Can't see them having 5 goalies on the team next year.

Yes, i see we took Pat Fleming away from NYIT.  However, it looks like weve traded away many players in exchange!

Not to mention we have Hayden Johnstone, one of the top goalie recurits coming in from the Hill Academy.   Hoping he is as advertised.

Lots of coaches announcing their 2014 recruiting class...I'm sure Nagle will wait until mid December to announce his.

I get the feeling Pat McGushin is not coming back...Nagle has 2x recruits and a transfer on the roster already.  Blitzer looks like he will be wearing #9 and McGushin took SBU Lax off his twitter.  Add all that up and I would think he is not coming back.  Kid played real good last year when his number was called.
