Looks like another weak year for AE lacrosse. The conference looks to be in competition with the MAAC for the bottom.  Either the Brook or Albany will have the conference title for the taking.

Some of the Laxpower fan polls are starting to add SB as well.  Damn if we couldve just held that 4 goal lead at Marist... but then again, as ive said earlier, Marist is an improved squad.  Dont look to just the name.

They play Duke later this year, and, yes, Duke is so far beatable.

Not sure id give SB the votes right now over Brown, Bellarmine, and Albany, heck even QU just beat Brown who beat UMass who beat UNC.

Three different rookies of the week tell me this team will be returning to its former glory sooner rather than later. Let's just get F/O figured out for now.

And just to build off that- lets have a look at how the FR class has done:

Rogers/Eastwood/Schultz/Shaughnessy/Lucatuorto- starting
Hughes/Sichenzia/Rock/Monzo- contributing lots of minutes, a few total starts
McLean/Buron/Sbarglia- on the field already, albeit minor minutes
Curry- showed promise in a great goal against UVa, may be hurt

Remember Lindsay is a redshirt, and for some reason Berardis and White never made it to SB.

And our sophomore class is: Judge, Rooney, Andreassi, Harris.  The future is so bright its blinding.

I just noticed that Nick Watson and Rashed Cureton are both playing at Adelphi this season.  Of course Radhed is 20 for 30 on draws.

It's never too early to start recruiting, so coach Nags might want to take a look at my nephew, who just started his 10th grade season down in Baltimore as a LSM. He has the grades, so Brook probably wouldn't have to waste an athletic scholarship on him.  He is looking at the Ivy league schools, but his father wouldn't mind saving a few bucks and he has family in the area ;D.  Check out his video below:

He looks good LN, nice size, athletic, good speed, handles the pole well. Looks like can get bigger too. Good video, love the Van Halen.
