The second half started with a goal from Stony Brook commit Liam Kalbacher on a dominant dodge through the defense. He followed up that goal with another spectacular duck under dodge that saw him underhand the ball into the top of the net after a head fake that sent the keeper the wrong way. Kalbacher got his 4th of the game off of an in bounds pick play shortly afterward to make the score 8-5 for the Americans.
also in there is deskewicz:
A big part of the disparity was due to the dominance of Austin Deskewicz (Stony Brook) at the face off X, where he went 8-9 in the first half; he finished the game with 11 wins and just three losses at the dot.

Upon first glance he is not imposing, but as soon as he touches the ball he lights up the field. Kalbacher is the type of dodger that you want to have the ball in his stick when you need a goal. That is not to say that he’s one-dimensional, he’s just so good at getting around his man and the slide that your trust is earned. His shooting location and variation is also astonishing as he has shown the ability to finish in tight, on the run and off the catch. He scored six goals in the opening game Saturday.
