One game at a time. We should have no problem getting by Wagner at home. That program is struggling this year.

I see comments that if we lose to Wagner we shouldn't make the playoffs.... Why? Is that even if we beat Maine?

Even if we lose to Wagner and then beat Maine we would lock up 3rd place in the CAA... are you telling me an 8-3 team, 3rd place in the CAA should not make the Playoffs?!?!?

Why are we being so hard on our program?

The playoff bubble is so competitive this year that a loss to Wagner would raise a lot of eyebrows. You've still got Richmond, potentially a couple of 10-1/9-2 Big South team, a 10-1 MEAC or SWAC team, a bunch of Big Sky and MVFC teams, New Hampshire, Delaware, and Richmond all on that bubble fighting for what may boil down to 4-5 spots between the lot of them. We can't afford to let off the gas now. Not when we're so close. We already avoided the top two teams in the conference this year. It would look terrible if we lost to Wagner who has what? 2? 3 wins.

Agree that playoff bubble is very competitive this year.. one of the reason is very few dominating teams and lot of good teams... it would only get worse in the next two weeks as good teams beat each other up.

FYI, MEAC and SWAC stopped accepting auto-bid to FCS playoffs. They send their champions to Celebration Bowl game.. the only FCS bowl game. Although these two conferences would still accept an at-large bid. I don't think they have any at-large candidate at the moment.

Seems like no one added anything since 2014! It was quite active 2011-2013.

And now that I’m checking, the WUSB blog hasn’t been updated since 2016. Is the Stony Brook radio still active? I heard that their room would be renovated.

A 10-1 NC A&T would certainly get an at-large bid. Winning that many games against the FCS will get you in, even if the level of actual competition in those conferences are closer to D2 level.

NC A&T would get an invite but I think they will decline. They will win MEAC and go to the Celebration Bowl instead to face the champion of SWAC. That bowl has been great exposer and $ for the two HBCU conferences.

Did you slip them a laxative in their beverage.. I saw you walking around in the parking looking for tickets. Did you find one or paid up at the window... I bought cheap seats and sat 10 rows up from the floor, he,he..

This team is playing like cheap. Defense looks lost. Carbine looks lost and coach P looks lost. This is Wagner for crying out loud..

What the Hell am I even watching?? O-line not blocking worth a damn, Carbone missing open receivers, defense playing like they were out at The Bench partying last night (though they were a bit better in the second), and of course Coach P with the predictable run up the middle three plays in a row and then punt. Good lord...

No friggin way we get a seed if we keep playing like this. Score should be 35-3 right now.

Bolden down after cheap hit to the head by a punk b*tch Wagner player. Obvious targeting call. The video cut away I believe as they were bringing the gurney out. Not good at all.  :(
