« on: September 11, 2017, 08:29:34 am »
Lets get this party started early. I haven't been around much. But the love for Seawolves football is still there.

Looking forward to a Great Home Opener this upcoming Saturday. Get to your seats early! GO SEAWOLVES!

I'm a game time decision on going to the game. Anyone think tickets will be available an hour before kickoff?

Yeah... I don't doubt it. I'm doing the same. Didn't catch the season tickets this year

With the extra seats its going to be hard (er) to sellout... but hopefully we have a good crowd out there

The  Athletic department lists the seating for the stadium at 12,300 now .  That would include about 2k in standees.   Should be plenty of tickets  available at  game time.

There are 29,413,039 corporations in America; but only one Chairman of the Board.

We can list 12.3k, but officially I don't think we can report that as the stadium's capacity since it's only 10K seats?? I'll admit though that 12.3k is a lot closer to that 15k magic number than 12k. Progress regardless though. I hope the place is packed on Saturday.

I wouldnt be surprised after the Homecoming game SB announces that we had 15K fans at the game.. I hope we do!!

They announced something like 12k for homecoming last year, but I could tell there weren't anywhere near that amount of people there. If we're willing to fudge the numbers a bit then sure.

Time will tell . If we win some games and the weather holds  we should good turnouts. Otherwise figure  the usual 5 K  or so per game except  Homecoming .

I would guess around 6000 to 8000 this game; if they tear it up the 1st home game attendance will grow.   Let's be part of this 1st win n cheer them on.....

Eight K or more would be great for a home opener .  Weather is supposed to be decent also.

I say closer to 6K. I think if we were playing Albany the attendance would be higher. Same thing if we were playing better teams in the CAA like Richmond or JMU..

Sacred Heart has scored 80 points in total over their first two games
