wow, UD fires their football and volleyball coaches mid-season. that is brutal.  too bad to hear that our "future" QB Fields may not be that good.  I agree with Hammer, time to find a FBS transfer or another JC kid for next year.  Hey, maybe Holmes will be available next year???

along the lines of comments made by others, the SB offense is not a "fun" offense for a QB to play in.  From my personal knowledge, the QBs are drilled over and over and over again on how to hand the ball off to running backs.  Coach P has a very specific way in which he wants this to happen, and if you cant get this hand off maneuver straight, you will not be the starting QB at SB.  as funny as that may sound, its the truth.  so imagine, building on that foundation, how uninspiring the football program at SB may seem to QB recruits.

Hey, maybe Holmes will be available next year???

This should put that idea to rest:

Aaaahhhhaaa!! So someone on this board said Holmes didnt make the program because of his grades. This article proves different. Bottom line. Holmes didnt want to play for coach P... I rest my case!!!!!!!!
