So we are playing Bryant on 10/5... keeping the first 4 away games as it was.

Much toughter schedule than the Big South but I'll take it.

OVERWHELMINGLY satisfied with that schedule. THAT'S the way to fill the stands, to get noticed, and pull recruits.

Very, very, impressed with Priore and co for this one.

I could do without 2 FBS gms. Rather have another home gm against FCS team. Otherwise nice schedule.

The FBS games were the only reason SB made the playoffs last year...gotta keep them on the schedule

I agree 100 $. 5 home games blows. We had 2 FBS games last year but our schedule was much easier, this is going to be a tough year for our boys.. Go brooks!!!!!

Not worried about a tough schedule cause we have a good team. I just not a fan of FBS playing FCS on any level. Hopefully we earn a playoff home gm.

Those are money games for FCS teams.. we will probably make around $300k-$400k for each of those two games.

I thought the FCS school pays to play the FBS. Could you elaborate more on how that process works!!!

I understand why they do it, but how much money could Buffalo be giving us. It's the other way around Hammer, they pay us.

Its the opposite.. FBS schools pays FCS schools to go to their stadium. Dont know much about the process though. I can find out later with some internet research.

"When the NCAA implemented a permanent 12-game schedule for FBS teams in 2006, it further changed the non-conference scheduling landscape. Teams went scrambling to find guaranteed games against FCS opponents to fill the schedule because any FBS program with a non-losing record is eligible for a bowl game. Kramer says FBS teams can pay less money to schedule a home game against an FCS program, whereas playing another FBS school can cost roughly $1 million. "

on another site "$483,000: Average price for Florida, Alabama and Georgia's FCS games this season. Florida paid $500,000, Georgia and Alabama $475,000 apiece."
