Well, as usual, it looks like whatever problems SBU football might have over the next several years, it's not likely to be at RB. The video I saw about a week ago on '18 commit Ty Son Lawton had me totally impressed with quickness, elusiveness and speed.  Well, hold onto your hat, the Seawolves just got a commitment from another '18 RB.  Take a look at this video of Rahsul Faison!!  This guy might even be better than the other one!!

Just get a damn QB already!!!!!!!

A new coach equals a good QB.. We will never see a high profile QB if coach P continues to pilot the ship

Thats nice. Now maybe SB can focus on recruiting a QB. I think we wont be very successful with an offense filled with RB's and no QB!!!

Check out @StonyBrookFB's Tweet: https://twitter.com/StonyBrookFB/status/893880630294880256?s=09

I would like to hear the coach talk a little bit about the current QB situation

I see that Lehman won a PSAL championship last year, but I can't seem to find any stats on Sanchez. Any insight Campi?

Do we know if this kid got any other college offers??. I briefly checked out his Twitter messages and only saw one, that was from SB..

I heard he received offers from Hofstra and St. John's.

The overview of the first week from Coach P was quite disturbing - he will never change his love for the running game.  I know this season, he doesn't have much choice, but he is definitely set in his ways.  Those recruiting interviews with QBs must be cringe worthy.

Hofstra and St. John's don't have football. I spoke with the Lehman Coach just now and he told me he had 3 offers from FCS Schools however because August 01 was the first day players could receive written offers Stony Brook was the first to send their offer in and the kid pulled the trigger immediately.

Coach P. is never going to give up the running game however he is definitely going to throw the ball a lot move this year then ever before

That makes me a little nervous that he pulled the trigger so quickly..

If this kid is that good, he most likely will have more Div1 offers making it more likely he ditches SB. Let's keep the faith tho..
