The crowd at EWU is very impressive tho.  That's something SB should aspire to.  But thumbs down on that red turf.  Hideous

watching E Washington and Sam Houston.  apparently Sam Houston has more than 10 D-1 rejects that joined the team after spring ball this year.  these kids apparently slipped on the spring depth charts of their D1 programs, knew they weren't going to play much, so they dropped down to FCS level at Sam Houston and are playing right away.  This must really stink for those Sam Houston kids that thought they'd be playing this year, then get bumped out once summer ball starts.  I hope SBU does not start doing this.  I think there is something to say for kids that come into a program, work with that program, spend 3-5 years in the program, and then get a chance to play.  maybe I'm to sentimental.... but loyalty to a program means something to me.

I couldn't agree more Big Fan; if you want good chemistry & strong teamwork build within. The Depth Chart for the game next week is not completely correct; some errors on positions & players.

There no errors on the depth chart.  Guys were switched around but you could see that in practice.  Hoping that the fans come out Thursday night!

There were three errors on DE & nose on the original Depth Chart; they changed it within hours...

Newsday's Greg Logan predicts Seawolves record of 9-3 (6-2 CAA) this season. We may be too tough on this team and they will surprise us.

The LT &  LG are new to the OL we will see how they will play in there 1st year. The team did not disclose an injuries; we will half to see how this also goes.

There were several players dealing with issue in August several were on DL.

I am hopeful they have recovered from these issue & the play good ball on D & O.

Down to 4 days.....

Could one of you guys in the know fill me in on how many redshirts and practice squad players an FCS team is allowed to carry?  I was comparing the roster to the depth chart, and even when I assume that the true freshmen not listed on the DC are all redshirts (a count of 21), there are a heck of a lot of RS-Fr and upper classmen that remain.  Have a number of them been told they haven't made the team?

I have enclosed info on your questions; none of the current team members will be cut this year.

I was just advised it is done on a conference by conference basis the vast majority limit travel squads from 60-70 squadmembers and many limit the number of dressed home game squad members.  NCAA Admin. Rule 17.11 governs the size per my contact at the NCAA.

D-1A Squads are imited to 105 squad size amd D-1AA is limited to 90.  As far as travel only 56 squad members can travel the D-1AA level (63 for D-III).  I still do no have an answer for D-1A.

O.K. Thanks.  So, it sounds like I shouldn't be concerned that some of the promising RS-Fr like Anuh, Otranto and Rizzo, or an upper classmen, like Makulik have been cut.

I looked on the 2014 roaster & they still have them listed; They should be on the team they didn't make it as a starter.

nd state wins its fourth straight title, over illinois state, in a close one, almost a brawl at the end the game.
There are 29,413,039 corporations in America; but only one Chairman of the Board.

Otranto is gone, transferring to an unknown school.  QB Feirra also gone, not sure if he is staying at school to play LAX.
