BFF. I agree. I think if Miguel does not stick with a team this year he's done. I'm also starting to think he could be the  NFL "it" as you stated... He was good in the FCS and a weak big South conference but in the NFL he's mediocre at best ..  Also.. Go to Youtube and look for Miguels Highlight video of the Syracuse game,, I've watched that video a 100 times already and you can clearly see when he gets the hand off he has tunnel vision. There could be a huge hole on the left side of the offensive line and he never see's it.. Same thing when the play is to run right but there's no opening  but the middle is wide open he still runs to the right. These are just some examples of what I've noticed with Miguels... This happens quite often . I am wondering if the NFL notices the same thing .... I think Miguel, with some training would do just fine in the NFL if given a chance but I think with so many RB out there, they rather just keep looking for a RB who has the skills already !

The NFL  looks   for natural  skils you cant coach - speed, high FB IQ  natural talents.  At that level  many teams don't coach finding the hole they expect it  for the money they ma y pay you.  Still hope he  lands on his feet somewhere and stays.

The NFL is a business.  They are looking for the best players at a specific time.  Wes Welker was one two teams before he stuck with the Patriots.  For those who say "if he doesn't make it this year, he's done" have no perspective on what it takes to be a professional athlete.  All-Americans and a first rounders get cut.  It's the life of the NFL.

Well, just what we were talking about .  RB Coach would rather mold a player from start instead of someone who bounces around from team to team..

As far as playing in the weak Big South goes, Rashard Jennings and Mike Tolbert both came from the BS and both have been in the NFL for some time now. The coach in the article said that he had great vision so that would contradict your point on him not seeing the whole field in the Syracuse gm, wich by the way he ran for 175 yds. It is not easy to make an NFL team and sometimes like the article stated you get released cause there is a need at another position. I still believe he can be a Danny Woodhead type who by the way got cut quite a few times before he stuck. There is nothing wrong with playing in the CFL either. A lot of guy's had to prove themselves there first. If he didn't have talent they would not keep looking at him.

This guy is pretty good with his picks but I think he's wrong about us.. I think we will hold UNH offense and their defense is nothing to talk about this year..
Prediction:

SB 30
UNH 27

Stony Brook will win. I feel it. I'm trying to avoid the "mandatory" Overtime this saturday somehow so I can make it to the game. Lets see what happens

Go in for a couple of hours and use the old " I think I'm going to puke " excuse, then jump on the very next train out to Stony Brook train station

I watched part of the NH game last week, and I was not that impressed with their QB. so I disagree with this comment from the prediction:

The trouble for the Seawolves will be containing an explosive Wildcats offense now led by sophomore quarterback Sean Goldrich.

I think we win handily.  I did not see anything that looked very explosive about thier offense last week.

All I can say is "its about time".  dude has huge talent, and big upside for us.  I would exploit him against their D at every opportunity, then run the heck out of the ball.  with him and Coxson catching passes, Negron should have fun.

I actually caught a glimpse of Coach Priore show this morning on Champion Radio and he said Negron has been playing hurt the last 2 games and he's feeling 100 % now.. This should make for a even matchup with UNH.. If Negron has the ability to pass and run tomorrow and if Tye, Eugene and Poteat break out, we will huge... I feel goog about this game.

After that huge blowout last Saturday at Clemson I cant handle another favorite team loosing back to back !! Go Brooks !!!!!!
