I'm a little suprised Priore left his starters in late in the game.. I hope Poteat is not seriously hurt and only got his marbles shooked

yeah the live stream was impressive.  so was our 7/14 on the third downs.  we can really wear a team down by extending those possessions.  looks like we got into the backfield too on defense.

poteat had a bigtime rushing game but was also instrumental on special teams.  i see we even got our backups on and they contributed.

i agree with the comment about the mismatch.  SB can hurt you in many ways; Gate seemed to have a few token players that you can attempt to neutralize.

in the meantime, nova is still blowing up towson....

Nice road win !  Now to get as many guys healthy in our bye week and get ready for 5 CAA teams in a row. The live streaming  on the Patriot League  Network was pretty good.  Announcers were  very fair and praised SBU  quite a bit.

Re: the Livestream coverage, you all seem to think it was pretty good.  Was I the only one that kept losing audio?

Re: SBU's performance, certainly it was a good (and important) win.  But, I think they lost the fire in their bellies in that second half, don't you?  I'd like to see them maintain that agressiveness for an entire game.  Also, I still think their committing far too many unnecessary penalties.  In a closer game that would have been fatal.

I do think the RBs are beginning to feel their oats.  I especially liked the way Kenner was running.  I also think that Level always impresses when he's out there.

On the upside, it looked like Bernard was back ondefense.  On the downside, I think I spotted Ochi on crutches late in the game.  That would really be unfortunate. Let's also hope Poteat is just a little shaken and can come back quickly.    Things are really going to get tough for the rest of the season!! Thank God for the bye week!!

I know the audio was off during the half  but  it seemed ok the rest of the game.  And yes  they played very conservative in the 2nd half.

I'm so excited for this team Man... I feel like this team is not giving up despite all the challenges, neither should we. I expect the fans to comes out in numbers two weeks from now against UNH. They have a week off perfectly sandwiched in before the toughest stretch of the season. Five CAA games in Five straight weeks. By Maine we should know whether this team has the talent to get it into the playoffs. Tough New Hampshire team coming into the Brook but I'm excited. I can't wait. It should be awesome

Lets bring the hype back. LETS GO STONY BROOK SEAWOLVES

I would like this boards opinion on Negron... Lets just do an overall assessment  of his performance as a quarterback so far, for now, then later we can break down his performance on a individual category bases and then digest it .....   On a scale of 1 to 10, I think a 5 is an appropriate number ....

i think negron has been more than sufficient in a run-first offense.  he's completed the passes for the most part htat he's been asked to make, and taken care of the ball.  a little scrambling when asked too.  limited mistakes and controlled the clock.  then again ive only seen maybe 4 of the 6 games so there could be something im missing.
