Hammer, I too saw several easy passes that Negron "chunked" or threw into the ground at the feet of his receivers.  I attribute this to lack of consistent passing mechanics.  he needs to get his feet set and square up his shoulders on even the easy throws.  I think he gets a bit sloppy on the easy throws and the results are he misses as many as he makes.  Early in the season, RI and Buff, Coach P used to run Negron more on the QB option.  since he hurt his shoulder, I think Coach P is hesitant to run Negron and risk and injury that could knock him out for weeks at a time, or maybe lose him for the season.  As much criticism as we put on Negron, I saw Coxson drop a two or three real easy passes yesterday, so there is blame to be spread around.  Again, lets get Tye open downfield and see him rip up DBs.  I'm tired of seeing him catch 2 yard passes out of the backfield.  Even the Colgate TV announcers had quickly figured out when Negron would throw to Tye on the short routes.
