Andrew Cuomo is a POS. Simple as that. He has made so many decisions that have screwed over SBU athletics and I canít wait until we get a new governor, one that actually gives a damn about elevating our national profile.

its true.  north carolina made it's own independent decision on disallowing creeps from invading the girls bathroom.  and cuomo the opportunist decided to make a statement on gender that had downstream impact.
There are 29,413,039 corporations in America; but only one Chairman of the Board.

Getting crushed for a paycheck really isn't too bright.   We cant play any schools in North  Carolina   because of NYS  rules against it.  I wont get into the politics .  Playing CUSA and MAC and AAC teams is more our speed and we stand a chance to win and add prestige .  I was at the the Arizona St vs Oregon game in Tempe AZ in 2019 .  Those teams are extremely fast and loaded with  future guys who will play on Sunday.  They can pass and run alot better than us . So anyone thinks we can stay with an Oregon who will probably be in the top 10 this year  I dont think so.

I actually had forgotten about the Carolina ban.  I didnt know that we cant recruit down in the Carolinas neither.  Cuomo is a POS. Keep the student athletes out of your progressive agendas and let the schools run the athletic programs themselves!!

Agreed. Itís not like NC reinstituted slavery or something truly heinous. NY should keep its nose out of another stateís bathrooms and not punish the athletes.

That's far less than usual. One would think looking at that that the FCS is down on talent this year, but is that really the case? I'm not entirely sure, but in any case, two players for Rhode Island which has historically been a doormat program is impressive.

He really did, but I gotta say.... that was one hell of a fight. I lowkey didn't expect him to stay in the fight that long and be competitive, let alone get screwed out of the victory by the stupid judges.

I guess that means that every FCS Program needs a Coaching change since Rhode Island is the only FCS College with multiple invites to the Combine if

I dont know if that is the case or not. I didnt do the research on what FCS schools has the most invites. But one thing I do know is Maine, UNH, JMU usually has players invited to the combine every year. And they've had multiple players drafted into the NFL.  Stony Brook is lagging behind their peers. Year in and year out. A coaching change is imminent.

A coaching change is not imminent unless you consider after the 2022 season as imminent.

SBU will exceed expectations in 2020

As far as what FCS team will have the most players at the NFL Combine all you have to do is google it

Why does it matter that URI had more players invited to the combine?  URI was 2-10 and didn't win a game in the CAA.

OTOH, what expectations will SB be exceeding?

It matters because whoever is doing the recruiting over there is doing a great job finding upper-level FCS or FBS players. Not winning any games in the CAA usually falls on the HC.
