I don't think so. The primary cable provider on Long Island is Cablevision and they don't offer ESPN3, so I think most of us don't have access to the feed. I assume we don't have the Flames Sports Network either.

ESPN3 is an internet outlet and is not on cable or Satelite in most cases.  Peolpe would be able to watch on the net though.  The feed on ESPN 3 will be the Flames Sports Net feed, but no there are no other outlets up your way.

I am so psyched for this game and will be there.  In my opinion this is one of the biggest games in the history of LU football and our guys will be amped.  I actually think we played down a little the last 2 weeks because they were already looking forward to this game.  It's a lot more complicated of course, but I like to boil it down to: your run game vs our run d and our pass game vs your pass d.  I like our chances.

Yeah the main internet provider (at least my internet provider) is also cablevision, and they haven't made a deal for espn3 yet.

For those in SBU they can watch ESPN3 for free but obviously makes more sense to attend the game and support the team. By the way, Seawolves Night Live tonight. Check it out at 7 in wusb.fm/listen ... Coach Priore, Pikiell, and O'Boyle are probably going to give their weekly chat

I'm hoping the weather is good and we should have a good turn out.   Against  Coastal we had 1619 die hard fans in a feezing gale.  Looking forward to it.

Knuckle, no doubt about it, this IS Liberty's biggest game in school history. Not one of the biggest games. It's the biggest.

Seawolf97:

I'll say 500 diehards were there, the rest were payed tickets but didn't attend. I was there and no way there was 1600 people there that night. The game against liberty should have about 5k, that would be a success for SB

Yea Manson, I think you are right.  It's hard because I've been around for so long, but this feels huge.  I don't think there are superlatives that are too big for either team to describe this game.  Hey SBU fans, where does this game rank for you in SBU Football history?  Just curious.

I would have to guess that the last two games against Liberty have been Stony Brook's biggest games to this point. I believe the 2009 season finale was our first win against a ranked opponent. Last year we controlled our own destiny heading down to Lynchburg and all we had to do was not let up however many points so that was a big game/disappointment for us. I would say this years game is the biggest because we are playing at home for our first playoff spot.

2 undefeated teams undefeated in conference who have split the past 2 years both playing for their first ever spot in the playoffs.  How could it get better than this?

Liberty has an awful lot of pressure on them too.  Their senior class hasnt made the playoffs yet, and if they don't make it this year, it could only be considered a massive disappointment (Brown, Summers, Chapman, Bevins, and Larsson are all-conference seniors, and they've won 4 straight conference championships).

Stony Brook has some pressure, but not as much as they do.  I'm hoping that works in our favor.

I can't stop thinking about this game.  I can't wait to see the Flames back on the field up in LI.  I think this team will be rested and ready to roll.  Let's move this week.  This will be an epic battle.

with our chance to get our third championship of the year this next saturday. Men's soccer just pulled it off. Football has to the same. Women Cross Country has done it every year. This has been a good start for Seawolves sports. Lets keep it going!

Our Men's soccer guys knocked off #9 CCU on Friday and then GW today to win the Big South!  What's the forecast up there for Saturday?  Do I need my long Johns?

I'd pack the Long Johns either way.  The win blows at funny angles up there on long Island.

By the way, MASN is carrying the game live so folks with DirecTv will have this one in their living rooms.  It still is a Flames Sports Network production being carried there as well.  I wouldn't be shocked to hear that one of the local or regional channels picks it up as well.
