12/2 - @ JMU 2pm (FCS 2nd Round)

The battle starts now!
I hope Coach P has those kids ready for Saturday. Watch all the film possible. Figure these guys out. It's going to take our best game to beat them. LETS GO!!!!!

I'll be there. Got loads of friends at JMU so this one is going to be fun.
The defense will need to be lights out, and we're going to have to pull every trick we've got out of the bag offensively in order to move the ball on JMU, but their offense isn't as good as it was last year and we've proven we can compete with top shelf teams. If we can hang with USF the entire game, we can hang with JMU. I expect a lower scoring game that's competitive into the 4th. Hanging 59 on Lehigh was a great confidence booster for this offense.
Wolfie_MD:
Well we are playing with house money. Hopefully Ray can play next week. JMU is not as good as USF and we hung with them. It's gonna be a hostile environment for sure. We have played good JMU teams pretty close in the past (Vad Lee for example). Even if we don't win, its a very successful season. If we win, look out.
I can't make it down to Virginia but will be eagerly watching from home.

"Carbone will be forced to try and pass and not really succeed. I mean he went 13-29 268 yards against Lehigh. 16 incompletions against the 88th ranked Pass D."
I mean, there is not argument there!! Some easy passes were dropped on Saturday but for the most part Carbone accuracy was horrendous. He was throwing squids all day long!!
If there is any chance in this game it wont be from the air. It has to be on the ground, but the problem is JMU is going to stack the box all day with 7 and 8 guys forcing Carbone to throw the ball.
