Hey quick question for you guys. Season is less than two weeks away, what's going on with One Bid Wonders? They have been surprisingly inactive. Any one have an update? They were one of my favorite sites. Thanks!

Unfortunately Sam is not writing anymore. Only dedicated person at the moment covering America East, in my knowledge, is Ryan Restivo:

Thanks guys! I usually read Ryan's stuff. It was nice having multiple sources covering the AE. That is too bad about Sam. He was really devoted to that site I hope everything is alright. I can't wait for this season to get rolling! A bunch of games near Baltimore as usual so I'm stoked! UMBC, Loyola, and American. We need to play VCU again, that's a fun place for basketball!

Didn't know quite where to post this, but I thought this was as good a place as any.  I just thought it was nice to see old friends doing well and finding their niches at the right level.  In their first games with their new schools, here are some results:

-- Chris Braley at St. Anselm: 19 points, 11 rebounds
-- Ryan Burnett at St. Leo's: 18 points, 9 rebounds

Congrats guys.  Good to see you doing well!!

Yes. First time ever!!! In 2005 Vermont finished the regular season with 40 AP points and was ranked 32 in the country. Could this happen to us if we win out??????? Time will tell

If we win out I like our chances to get to number 1.

Just for the record I have been following the brackets on CBS  Sports  so  two weeks ago we were a 14 seed in the East playing in the Barclays Center against Virginia.  Last week we were in the West Region in Spokane against Oregon, now we are in the Mid West against Miami in Providence. The last two were 13 seeds  This has been  a crazy ride but fun.

I want a 12 seed. Beating a 4 seed happens every tournament...
