Great stuff. With the Mavs struggles hoping Warney might be moved up and given a shot at some point. Really nice to see his footwork translating well to this level and what seems to be the addition of a short jumper. Yeesh, imagine how much more devastating he would have been here with a short jumper!
Related, but it's no doubt still and always a tough sell for SBU to recruit these types of players. Coming off the bench at a big program with a big arena and big TV deal vs being THE guy for four years at SBU?
Of course wishing more talented players would make the decision to be an immediate impact player/star at a place like SBU.
