Stony Brook  basketball looks every bit of a low mid major team.

Epic collapse.  They’re out of shape certainly, and the TO’s were really bad TO’s. UNH shot lights out in 2nd half. JRod foul trouble really hurt us too.

Despicable performance. So much momentum we had at the end of the year and then we're forced to halt for two weeks... was hoping it wouldn't impact their play but it did. Horrible.

Also I thought LES was extremely active in 1st half early, and mysteriously saw little action rest of the way.  Lots of parity in the conference this year; any of 5 or 6 teams could get the bid this year, if we don’t shut down again. What hurts in this game is the 30-point swing.  Hope we can come back stronger tmrw, esp with Sayles back.

Agreed tons of parity so its not the end of the world but this was one we should have had regardless if sayles played

Tie game and they played without Guadarrama for much of it.

Gotta keep getting a hand in the shooters’ faces this half.

You come out of the half, Policelli takes a contested three on the first possession, and Greene takes one with 20 seconds on the shot clock on the second. Gotta be more catch-and-shoot situations for us.

Policelli needs to stop shooting today. Little ball movement, and lots has to do with his 1-on-1 game today. Geno needs to take better control of his team today.

I just think he’s trying to do too much. I like the aggressiveness going to the hoop but he’s been out of control, and contested threes off the dribble are not ideal.

Big fourth foul on Guadarrama. Gotta capitalize over these next few minutes.

This team has some ability, the juries out on whether or not it has any heart.

Agreed like his agressiveness but needs to be under better control. He’s one of our better scorers if he could rein it in and that goes for the entire team reining in the shot selection. Also no habwe today?

This week was just bad timing. Sayles dnp then minutes restriction then habwe out. Along with refs calling a questionable game. And of course poor free throw shooting.

Free-throw chokers. **** inexcusable. And what the **** was that final heave by Rodriguez? He attempted it way too early. **** off. I'm **** mad. Getting swept by **** New Hampshire in any year is a goddamn joke.

Just abysmal FT shooting down the stretch, and that was the difference. Energy not there in 2nd half, and didn’t defend the arc well last 10 mins.  Not sure why we didn’t go at Guataramma, who played last 7 mins with 4 fouls.
