Pikiell has no answer to Vermont's game right now. Our shots are not falling despite Warney's amazing effort. Vermont leading by 11 in 2nd half. Its going to be interesting to see how if the Seawolves bounce back

Lets go Seawolves

When I was a student I thought I was going to be on the court the day this happened. I wasn't... But it was so pleasing to a new generation of students rush that court. What a great day. Congratulations to the Stony Brook family. It's our time to celebrate.

WARNEY!!!! We will never forget him. Not after what he did today. He took this game over! That's what big time players do

I'm on Cloud 9!

I'm just so glad these fine young men, especially the senior class gets to experience an NCCA tournament game!

I was there the day Jameel Warney went for 43 and 10 to bring a conference title to Stony Brook. What an effort. Can't say enough about it. We finally got him the ball and he did with it what he does.

Enormous second half from Carson, and although it will be overshadowed by the seniors' unbelievable game, having Ahmad back for the second half was gigantic. Duncan looks like the kind of kid who can score at will, but he had to have had only a couple shot attempts and just the one make that I can think of. Walker had some big buckets too.

Loved the free throw shooting late.

No need to discuss any negatives. Just an awesome day.

Congrats to SBU. Electric atmosphere at the arena. Here's hoping for more good in the near future with this group.

just got back from the game.  unbelievable atmosphere.  iFed is LOUD when the students are in full force.  vermont early foul trouble led to 3 (and nearly a 4th) foul out.  all their bigs were done with 5min left.

dont know if anyone noticed- but warney's first half scoring- ALL left handed.  and half of the second half scoring too.

From very questionable calls by the officials to a historic game by Warney, a lot of things went our way today.

But you know what? It's about time.

We earned that championship and deserved it from day one to today.

Congrats to Coach Pikiell and the team.

GO SEAWOLVES!
