This could very well go into OT Saturday morning and he who has the ball last wins. Scary game for both teams more so for us,

Certainly more so for us. Vermont's been there before, and if they don't get there this time, there's always next year. Aside from O'Day, they'll all be back. For us, if not this year, when?

I think both teams will go into Saturday's game with a high level of confidence. Last year's AE finals got off to a very slow start. I don't expect that this year.

While SB will lose a lot of talent to graduation this year, I think overall the program will be fine. Hopefully Sekunda will come back 100% and with Kam and Woodhouse that gives the team three 40% 3-point shooters. And if Cambell and Garcia turn out to be good inside players I would think SB will be in the top 3 or 4 AE teams next year.

Campbell could be interesting.  I have heard he has 3 point shot to go with his size.

Not sure if it's allowed by the NCAA but I would use Saturday's game as a recruiting tool for all SB sports. A sold out arena would be the perfect weekend for a campus visit.

Dont give up on our Redshirt Freshman's. Campbell was a high recruit in his Junior year before his injury. Lets see what happens before passing judgement. We also have incoming Alomancy. He could be a purifoy replacement.

I am a little disappointed with the ticket policy for the finals. I did not have season tickets but I went to about ten games this year counting playoffs. Unfortunately I won't be able to get to the arena on Thursday to buy tickets because of work and I doubt there will still be tickets available online.

I of course sympathize.

with that said, a sign of the times that you cant get tickets to an SB bball game.  which is a milestone for the program (and far from the first time it's happened!).  so in a way this is great news.  just trying to soften the blow...  ;D ;D

Agree Chairman.. Great time to be SBU fan!

And no one is taking Vermont lightly.. They are well coached team, that just beat us 2 weeks ago in our home court. They have beaten us in many big games previous years.

Is there a secondary market for tickets? I'm willing to overpay, but I can't find them anywhere.

Stony Brook by 10.  Receives its first NCAA MBB bid.  Book it.

I agree with the $300 resale price.  The tickets are not worth that much, but that is how much it would take for me not to go.  For 200 or 250 I'd rather be there.  I guess that is the very definition of "opportunity cost."

Going to the Big East Semis tonight wearing my Stony Brook gear with pride. Obviously I don't have any tickets for tomorrow. But I'll be watching on TV, hopefully at the NYC watch party. I have gone to the last four Watch Parties. Hopefully tomorrow is different. LETS GO SEAWOLVES!!!!!!
