Drive and kick, drive and kick. Get into the paint and create for others. Loved TPP going hard baseline for the dunk.

Really would like to avoid the 6 seed here in a week.

Tuned in simply out of lack of anything better to do. I'm not expecting a victory at all, but it would be nice I guess. I've lowkey given up on this team TBH. Something has changed and it's more than just Olaniyi being out. I don't think Ford knows how to manage this team.

Lattimer's big three and then Foreman's clutch free-throws won us this game. Ugly, but I'll take it.

We’ll take it. On to Baltimore. Win or a Hartford loss and we have the 2.

21.

We 6-21. Albany 5-22. Miles’ one the one that mattered most.

Lucky win. Not sure what Geno was thinking on that HR ball. Dubious foul there; we got the bailout. Good clutch FT shooting from Makale and huge shot from Latimer. The offense, however, is just sputtering.

one per minute seems to be the magic formula.  gray area is 21-25.  over that, we normally play terrible and/or lose.

Missed it all except the box score after the fact. Seems it was one of those games where somebody had to win.

Difficult to fathom with the injury and poor shooting and recent poor performances that SBU in the driver's seat for the 2 seed.

Anyone note, was Olaniyi dressed for the game and DNP or back in street clothes on the bench?

Fred, he was in street clothes, but is back to practicing. Hoping he’s back soon; we need him badly.

It's been ugly.  As ugly as it's ever been.  But having said that, there is something to be said for being 10-5 in conference with 19 wins overall and a chance to have home court until the championship game.  Find a way to beat UMBC (who got schooled BAD by Maine today) and you have a 20 win team and a second place finish.  We know it hasn't looked like that, but gotta take it.

Or have Maine stay on a roll and pummel Hartford. Don't imagine UVM would be too happy to play an 8 seed that's been pounding the competition. Playoffs could be crazy this year. Olaniyi back, even at 80% or so, would be a nice boost for the good guys.
