i think the recent win over UNH and this first half give us reason to believe.  cmon SB, get it done.

PS- umbc, nice arena!

Big half from deep. Can’t count on it to continue so let’s get tough, fellas.

What a horror show to start 2nd half. Out of control, poor passing, no poise.

So that's a good win.

Two in a row.

It wasn't perfect, but we actually look, dare I say, dangerous?

Wow, well, wasn't always pretty or perfect, but VERY nice win. Dare I say, two nice wins in a row.

Pretty good timing to start playing well.

Hey, let's all come out Saturday night and get another one!

Nice win. Great shooting by UC. Overcame adversity with that horrible start to 2nd half. Maybe building some mojo here.

nice close out, SB.  we fought hard and pulled out a tight road victory against a good team.  we won rebounds by 9.  i like that iroegbu was driving and dishing.  5 boards too.

one negative i thought we were a little reckless with the ball at times.  it didnt end up costing us.

maybe we did turn a corner but VT is around the... corner.  we shot well all over the floor, maybe even FTs (13/18).  one subtle point- 15 attempts in the first half, and only 5 in the second.  it shows we can adjust and run a hybrid.

PS umbc took our game plan, 6/24 from three, one of which was a 3v1 that they decided to shoot right away.

With a quick look and thinking, perhaps that locks SBU into 5th place and a first playoff game at Albany no matter what happens in all the final games? If SBU ties UNH I think we have the tiebreak, and if we tie UA I think they have us. So things are set for game one?

Yes Fred, we locked 5th. If UA wins last 2 and either Hartford or UMBC drops their last 2, then not sure who would drop to 4th.

Ah, right, I guess it's possible 4th could be someone other than UA, although that's probably too many tiebreaks for my brain to consider. Good shot at UA finishing 10-6 however against the two bottom-feeders in their last two. Hmmmmm....guess a lot still in play for those important 2-4 spots and two potential home games. SBU can embrace being the "Road Wolves," unless there are some major upsets.

Terrific drive to the basket by Olaniyi at the end of the game. From what I've seen, he's the best freshman in the conference.

Dream big- let's get to 17-17 (counting the 16/16 seed play-in game)

Holy **** we won  ;D ;D was just checking scores and we pulled it out somehow. Amazing.

Could we pull the miracle on Saturday? Senior night, with what's likely a long offseason ahead? If we could steal that game against UVM that'd be amazing.

Come to think of it though, if we can beat UVM on Saturday, why couldn't we win the AE? Crazier things have happened. It'll be fun to be in a tournament where all of the pressure is off of us. We're the team with the losing record.
