Overall Record:  212-116
AE Regular Season:  119-41
First Place Finishes:  4
2nd Place Finishes:  4
Post Season Appearances:  8; 1 NCAA - 3 NIT - 4 CBI

All-Conference First Team = 11 Total
Muhammed El-Amin – 2010
Bryan Dougher – 2011
Tommy Brenton – 2011, 2012
Jameel Warney – 2014, 2015, 2016
Carson Puriefoy – 2015, 2016
Lucas Woodhouse – 2017
Akwasi Yeboah – 2019

America East Player of the Year - 5 Total

Muhammed El-Amin – 2010
Tommy Brenton – 2013
Jameel Warney – 2014, 2015, 2016

America East Defensive Player of the Year - 5 Total

Tommy Brenton – 2012, 2013

SBU was clearly the team of the decade in the AE.  If only we didn't let 2 Championship games slip away against hated Albany.

Nice stats you put together .  We are fairly impressive  when you list some of our better players and our records.  Good job Salty !

Great consolidated view of the decade, Salty!  Let’s hope we can add to this list, this year.
How old a Seawolf am I? I followed them during their Final 4 DIII hoops run in 1977-78 (they were called the Patriots then)

A John Holland foul call and a Hooley rebound away from three AE berths. Hurts, don’t it.

A really really good decade but not the team of the decade. UVM had ten 20-win seasons, five AE regular season titles, four NCAA berths to our one, a First Four win, and a couple decent runs in the CBI (FWIW). A lot changes without the two unbelievably unfortunate finishes at BU and Albany.

great effort- and agreed with checkie.

in fact some might even argue we arent even second behind UA....

and then, maybe even BC.  why not?  they're currently a higher profile team outside of our region, for obvious reasons.

I will choose to allow Will Brown to argue for Albany and John Becker can state the merits of Vermont's case.  As a Stony Brook fan I will shill for the Seawolves.  Albany's regular seasons are no where near worthy of being number 1.  They finished 1st only once.  They finished 4th six times and had a ninth place finish also.  In the AE tournament they had 4 quarter finals losses to SBU alone.  Vermont is tough to argue against, but I could pull it off if I needed to.  We did knock them out of the AE Tourney 3 times in the decade.

From 2009-10 to 2018-19:

Vermont: 241-103 (132-28)
SBU: 211-117 (119-41)
Albany: 188-144 (93-67)
