Whaddya think--should the Seawolves make a run at this guy?  Seems like there may be some untapped potential there, and if he truly is a "sharpshooter" as the article intimates, he could be an excellent boost to the now reduced cadre of guards.

Normally I would agree, Hammer, but the article states "...Stewart is now going to look for a lower level school that can offer him a scholarship and more playing time".  I thought that might signify an outside chance.  And, since at the current time he is located practically around the corner (i.e. in Queens), it seems worth a shot to take a look-see and have a chat, don't you think?

He was a walk on at St. John's, so I would like our chances, but I think we could get someone with a little more pedigree. Also, in the transfer game, I'd rather a guy like Woodhouse who produced at a midmajor, than a guy like Stewart who hardly played in a major conference.

It's all up to our coaching staff now. If they have no interest in Stewart no sense talking about it. But this coaching staff rarely ever talk about pending scholarships and transfers beforehand!! So we're always left in the dark!!!!

You are right, but someone always leaks news about transfers, usually on social media or the Press!!

!?!WHAT!?!?!

I only wonder if he didn't leave if we would've been one stinking point better than Albany in the title game.

...maybe he just wanted to play in IFCU as he was promised!!!
There are 29,413,039 corporations in America; but only one Chairman of the Board.

Damn this is great news. I doubt we'll ever find out what caused Ahmad to leave but it couldn't have been too bad if he's being brought back.

He really was an electric player- he played great defense and really could run the court with the best of them. With Woodhouse and Ahmad coming this year, this team could really be electric.
