Here's my update of what I think the OOC schedule looks like so far:

        Date                                               Team                                       H/A

TBD (Home Opener)                        Merchant Marine Academy                                       H

                11/19                                                 Vanderbilt                                               A

                11/24                                                Loyola (Md.)                                             A

                12/5                                                  Princeton                                                 H

                12/20                                                Hofstra                                                    H

                12/28                                                 NJIT                                                        A

                TBD                                                   W. Kentucky                                              A

                TBD                                                   Lehigh                                                      A

                TBD                                                   Notre Dame                                               A

                TBD                                                  Columbia                                                    H

                TBD (Tentative)                                  American Univ.                                            A
Merchant Marine Academy again??? We really need to stop scheduling non Div1 teams!

Not sure why everyone focuses on the D3 game, it's your opener, perfect first opponent.  It's doesn't count against your RPI, relax....couple more dates are known on the schedule:

-  WKU is November 21st
-  Lehigh is December 22nd
-  Notre Dame is December 8th
-  American is December 17th
-  Columbia date has not been released.  First game of season for most teams is November 13th so that is probably your first game.  Still another strong mid-major and possibly one more high major I'd imagine.

So, now that American U. is apparently confirmed, by my count there are currently 7 away games and only 4 home games (including a D-III) on the schedule.  I think the season ticket holders, not to mention everyone else, are do some real home game draws to finish out the OOC ledger, don't you?  I'm guessing that this is the monumental challenge that is causing the huge delay in releasing the entire schedule!!

Is Notre Dame confirmed? I know we have an ACC team on the schedule, haven't seen it ID'd as ND yet.

We waited all that time for this!?!?!?!?!?!?!? ??? ??? ??? ???  Just two OOC games were added to what we already knew--an away game at Northeastern, and a home game against Farmingdale St!!  Are you kidding me? The result is that we have 8 road games and only 5 home games, and of the 5, two are not D-1!!  YIKES!

Other than   Notre Dame and Vanderbuilt  we have a plain vanilla schedule with 2 D3 programs at home in a 20 million dollar facility. The Ladies  have scheduled much better opponents .

I've already voice my displeasure with the home schedule and the lack of benefits of a season ticket holder.  Also, waiting for a callback from the assistant AD.

Just  for  laughs  made a list mid major programs just like us  only a  bus ride away.
LIU , Wagner,Iona , Manhattan, St Peters, Rider, Farleigh Dickinson, Marist , Army , Siena , Fairfield , Yale, CCSU, QU, Sacred Heart , Holy Cross , Boston U , Harvard, Brown , Bryant. Monmouth, Maryland Eastern Shore , Delaware, Towson , Navy , Colgate, Cornell did I miss anyone.  I cant believe we couldn't  get a game or two  with any of these schools.  Didn't  even Mention Fordham , U mass , La Salle or some of the other A10 programs in the area.

I just don't want to see the hubris of typical college athletic departments.  Admit there is a problem with the schedule and let the fan base know that solutions are being researched.  Don't dare try to sell this as anything but an abomination of a home schedule.  The AE could help out by adding another team or two to the league - that would eat up those 2 div 3 games for sure.

I felt that for Jameel's final season it was important to get my tix again.  I will not be fooled again next year.  You tell me who we are playing then I will tell you if I am renewing my season tickets.  It's not like you can't walk up and get tickets to 99% of the games as it is now.

I agree  Salty .  All this  last minute drama and we get  5 games and two of them are Div 3 .
