Whoa...cannot believe there is a semi-realistic chance of a two seed after tonight.

Let's just hope that the Seawolves don't fall into the same trap of over-confidence against Bing that Vermont just did!!

we better not fall to Binghamton today! Lets go Seawolves.

This has to be one of the weakest Vermont teams I've seen in a while. That program is going downhill

O.K.  Let's get that last big regular season home win!! One never knows; maybe the Seawolves will snag a 2-seed!!  At least let's hope they run the table, with wins against UML and Hartford.

we should get another 20 win season- and also note that in IFCU, we are currently 11-2 (that's a good feeling!).  also the ladies are 11-3.

combined 22 and 5, not bad!

GO SB

UML just doesnt have anyone near the size to cover Warney.  mcgrew and nyama have 15 boards so far.  UML has 16 total.

btw Scott King is out in full force again.  48-32 SB just after half.

got 20.  we are 12-2 at IFCU but wont mean much if we collapse in the tourney.

in other news.  albany blasted UMBC.  hartford beat maine.  and vermont beat NH by 15.  that puts SB in third with one game to go.

Not sure about this, but is SBU locked in at #3 now? If they lose and UNH wins last game that leaves them tied, but does SBU have the tiebreak for beating UA?

Assuming so and assuming the top 4 win the first round, that puts SBU at UVM and UNH at UA. In a perfect Seawolves World SBU FINALLY wins at UVM and UNH upsets UA.

Pretty hard to find an AE tournament in recent memory where there were not significant upset wins by lower seeds.

about to beat hartford.

albany beat vermont by 6- they are now 15-1.  where SB has been a few times.  Vermont is 12-4.  id actually be more worried about them.

in other news NH beat maine, as expected.  so with SB at 6, we play UML.  do i have that right?

I'm quite certain we play Binghamton in the first round and Vermont at vermont in the Quarterfinals. Assuming the fav wins both!!

I'm pretty sure UML is still not eligible to play in the America East playoffs.
Vermont is a team that's not that good - there's a reason why Stony Brook was up by 17 against them in the last meeting between these two teams before the meltdown by the Seawolves. This Vermont team is the weakest team they have had in the last several years - they actually lost to Binghamton this season. Still, it would have been nice for Stony Brook to have the 2 seed.
