I just called SB Tickets and without surprise there are no more Chair-back seats to reserve just Bleacher seats.. In that case then I'll just do what I did this year, buy tickets for the games you want in the beginning of the season. Those Bleacher seats are tough to sit on man ! LOL...

Salty,
I am with you in section 250. However, only on Sunday should there be a game. I have a wedding Saturday.

I think we are ok if we face Albany on Sunday.  We stuffed them at their house in January, played poorly yesterday and still won.  Then again if Maine beats them it is all academic for Sunday.

John Templon and Ryan Peters at NYCBuckets.com has a good discussion on Stony Brook and AE Tournament in their latest podcast including a great interview with Coach Pikiell:

or
http://nycbuckets.com/BigAppleBucketsPodcast10.mp3

You probably don't want to hear the whole podcast; Just listen from minutes 9:00-21:40 for AE discussion, especially 12:15-17:40 for the interview with our coach.

Here is an article from the Albany newspaper today about their "home court advantage"...

It did not seem to bother us much back in January!!!

I have a question about playing up in Albany. who can explain why are we playing in Albany and not at home when we are the #1 seed. Does it have to do with our new Arena being built and is not ready and because Prichard gym is too small to host the Tournament there?? Or this was scheduled a while back and has nothing to do with seeding !

Nothing to do with seeding.  It is per-determined (usually years in advance) based on who will do (or who does the best job convincing the league) the best job hosting the tournament and selling seats, especially for games not involving the home town team.

I'm pumped for this weekend, I think we'll probably see one upset seeding-wise in the first round (I think Maine has a good chance to beat Albany).

Here is my quick preview of the first round (http://t.co/NzDKo369Q8)
