Like to see them make the Final Four .  Plenty talent on that team to do it.

Lady laxers just put a bigger hurt (16-3) on a good Duquense team than either Penn St. or Notre Dame could (bothTop 10 teams).  SB may be breaking into the Top 10 themselves before this season is over.

It is amazing.  Good for them  and  good for SBU. Never hurts to have Nationally ranked teams inching closer to teh Big Girls.

Our ladies rolled over Longwood tonight 21-3.  Just a very good team  period.

That's three games in a row of giving up just three goals. I don't remember that ever being done before.

What's a Seawolf?!

This team is really good. The group of Adelphi transfers that came with Spallina have just been tremendous.

Another dominating win yesterday. They play the #1 Maryland Terrapins at LaValle on Sunday....hope there's a great crowd for this huge game.
