2017-2018 WBB Recruiting
« on: November 10, 2016, 10:47:25 am »
As with Coach Boals over on the men's side, Coach McCombs has also proven to be a very aggressive and successful recruiter.  The NLIs for '17 have already rolled in, and look to be a super group (at least on paper).  The list is (I won't burden this post with all the details, which you can checkout yourselves to your level of interest):
-- PF McKenzie Bushee
-- PF India Pagan
-- G Hailey Zeise
-- G Chantz Cherry
-- SG Jonae Cox

My only question would be that while there are 5 NLI newcomers, there appear to be only 4 scholly slots opening up.  Anyone with insight into who may be leaving or is a walk-on?

The above question was answered when Davion Wingate recently announced that she was leaving the program.  But, now the Seawolves have signed Cheyenne Clark (a super rebounder, apparently).  So, who will be next to leave?
