Think about this for a brief moment: It is well within reason to argue that Stony Brook's program-record 18-win season was reflective of the lowest-performing team Joe Spallina coached in 2015.

Certainly, the Seawolves put together a monster year. They won 18 games and captured the America East title for a third straight season, earning a seed and home game in the NCAA tournament for the first time in program history. But they suffered a home loss to Princeton in that second-round contest — only the second time a team had bested them last spring — but a season-ending loss nontheless.

Stony Brook isn't going to sneak up on anyone this year, but they won't really have to. The cupboard is very, very well stocked as the team works through the fall. Of seven players to earn All-America East honors last spring, six are back, including all five first-team selections.
There are 29,413,039 corporations in America; but only one Chairman of the Board.
