He might be planing to expand the stadium now rather than later if we ever move to the FBS level. It would certainly be cheaper now as those things always increase every year and if an FBS conference came calling in 8-10 years we would be ahead of curve. This will be an interesting summer for sure.

All joking aside I think the CAA will be our next destination. We will still need to expand the stadium tp 15k -16k since I think most CAA facilities are about that size.

So if not the CAA ? We can eliminate the Ivy, PL and the MAAC-are we going to take a shot at the MAC ? That would mean stadium expansion like now to get to 15k plus. I susepct it is the CAA which would be fine and fit into our long term goal of FBS down the road. Of a stretch could be C-USA . Interesting tmes in Wolfie Land -LOL

Kind of plain vanilla response. Just have to wait and see over the summer. I suspect exit fees would be imposed by the AE and BSC if we left, plus we would leave both conference's in bind especially the Big South in football. Who knows ? Maybe we will wait and move to the FBS sooner rather than later.

First Congratulations to our poster EcasadoSbu on his graduation! Best of luck going forward ! And yes the new arena certainly puts us in the running for the CAA. It wiill be an awesome addition to our facilities and University in general.

41-11 , 19-3 in AE and finishing an outstanding season again. Lets get a sweep of Maine today and not , repeat not fall on our butts next week in the tournament. We have a team of national caliber that should make a super regional.

At best we will bring back seasoned players who as sophs or freshman who already played in an NCAA Tournament Game. I hope there are few F/O specialists coming in next season that was ugly to watch this afternoon. Still in a rebuilding year we made it to the NCAA's and as the announcers pointed out , the Colgate team that beat UMass was built by Nagle. Things will improve.

Any word on maybe a few transfers showing up next season from a few D-1 programs? They wouldn't hurt from an experience perspective.

I think it has turned. Alot of these kids will be back next year along with alot of fresh talent. I only see us getting better as this team becomes a veteran unit used to winning.

Regular Season Champs and now Conference Tournament Champs and a trip to the dance. All this in a rebuilding year. Congrats to the Team and the Coaching Staff for a job well done!
