I would keep an eye on Maxx Tissenbaum. He's batting .390 with only 6 strikeouts in 223 at bats and was drafted in the 11th round with Carmona. Everyone in the lineup is a capable hitter though. I'm hoping our lefties Jankowski, Tissenbaum, Goldstein, Courtney and switch hitters Carmona and Peragine can give LSU's RHPs some trouble.

that may be the most lefty heavy lineup we've faced this year.

chances are, we'll start Nola tomorrow, and Gausman on Saturday. If we're playing on Sunday, Eades will get the start (and will probably have  a short leash).

Gausman is our best starter, but going with Nola tomorrow will allow him to potentially make a relief appearance Sunday if we need him to.

our bullpen is deep with better than average talent.
but best case scenario for us, is to only use 2 guys each game.
Cotton in the 8th, and Goody in the 9th.
Anything more than that, and we're pushing our luck.

how's the depth in y'all bullpen?

weather isn't looking very promising for tomorrow or saturday.

rain is almost a definite for the mid-late innings tomorrow, and Saturday may be even worse.
we may see multiple weather delays over the course of the weekend, which could take a toll on both pitching staffs.

We appreciate your inputs, Nutriaitch. A refreshing change from the ridiculous postings we were bombarded with from some juvenile LSU "fans" earlier this week.

yeah, those guys are the lowest of the low for our fanbase.

it's a cesspool over there.
an entire "community" of filth hiding behind their keyboards.

weather looking promising to get this thing started on time today.

nutria your kind words are so nice to read after the vitriol we had to delete this week.  you are a pillar of class and i wish the best for your program.  if i was down in LA i would buy you a few beers at the tailgate, however, im in italy, and to be honest, id rather be here!!!   :-*

but really- you made me change my mind about the LSU fan base.  best of luck to the tiggers, though it seems they might not need it!
